How to replace the charging slot and high-voltage deflector of the Domino white ink machine?

Replacing the charging bay and the high-voltage deflector plate is our most common accessory replacement.

If we want to replace it, first we have to loosen these four screws, we just take this lid off:

Let's see, first of all, if we want to replace the charging slot, I'll first turn the screw in front of it to loosen it:

Then pull it out, be sure to loosen it in place or you can't pull it out:

After pulling it out, and then we take a look, we find two lines of it. One is this line:

There's another line that's this:

These are the two wires of the charging slot, one thin and one thick and white:

Let's cut off this black hot lock tube with a knife, and then this plug can be unplugged:

First pass it through the hole, after it passes:

Then we can install the charging tank and tighten the screw:

Then install the two wires and lock them with a hot lock:

The charging slot has been replaced.

There is also the replacement of the high-voltage deflector board, the replacement of the high-voltage deflector plate is also the first to pull out the charging tank:

There are four screws on this side, be sure to remove them:

Remember, the black line control board is on the right:

The red line control plate is on the left and should not be installed in reverse:

After we take it off, we comb the line:

Then find the two lines that belong to it here:

The same is true of its two wires, cutting off the hot lock tube and then pulling it out, and then the high-pressure deflector can be pulled out.

After pulling it out, and then changing it, let's cross the line from here:

Then we install the board on this side:

After installation, the black line control of the board is on the right, the red line control of the board is on the left.

Then we install the screws:

Then we plug in the above lines, and then lock the above lines with a hot lock tube:

Then we install the charging slot:

Then the high-voltage deflector plate is replaced.

Then replace them all, and then we'll cover it.
